Sydney Cove Passenger Terminal

The Sydney Cover Passenger Terminal is a landmark project designed to be utilized by the ports authority as an international shipping terminal blended with a variety of restaurants taking full advantage of the expansive harbour views.

Tilley Air Conditioning Pty Limited was the mechanical contractor for this facility comprising of an international shipping passenger terminal with several famous landmark restaurants such as Doyles and the Quay restaurants.

The main mechanical services features are:

• Air conditioning is by way of water cooled package units and a water cooled DX chiller serving the customs hall.
• Tenant condenser water loop available for the base building and tenants.
• Kitchen exhaust systems.
• Building automation system controls.
