The building is a commercial facility located at Lyon Park North Ryde, NSW. A building to accommodate Deutsche Assett Management

Tilley Air Conditioning Pty Limited was the mechanical contractor for this hi tech research and development industrial building. This 5 storey accommodation with over 9,000m2 of office area, 326 car spaces achieved a 5 star SEDA energy rating.

The main air conditioning system is comprised of water cooled package units mounted on each level. These A/C units are installed in two plant rooms on each level.

Each package unit serves a number of variable air volume (VAV) boxes.

Outside air is introduced to each plant room by an in line centrifugal fan connected to a louvre on the outside wall.

There are also three small air cooled split air conditioning systems installed in this building

There are three levels of car park which are mechanically ventilated. Basement level 1 is equipped with two axial exhaust fans. Make up air is provided partly via the ramp and partly by the make up air system for basement levels.
