The main mechanical services features are:
- Air conditioning is by way of floor by floor water cooled package units (4 per floor), sized for 25W/m2 equipment load.
- Air distribution is by way of variable air volume boxes distributing air through air boots and perimeter linear slot diffusers.
- Separate tenant dedicated condenser water loop available sized for 35W/m2 of net rentable areas.
- Outside air supplementary provisions (6 locations per floor)
